When you visit any of our listings the first facilities we show are 'Featured Listings'. They get to display their direct phone contact so people can get in touch with them instantly and directly. 'Premium Listings' are shown above our regular listings, but underneath the featured ones. No direct phone contact is shown but people can contact you via email or by clicking through to your website. Both listing types benefit from ads-free profile pages, without competitors.

Our listings are paid monthly or yearly. We make it simple to start - and stop - your service at any time. All contracts are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

We keep things simple. We take credit or debit cards and bill monthly or annually.

We forward treatment calls that come in on our main helplines. In addition, we generate calls from web forms, including 'callback request' forms. To receive calls from us, you need to be a licensed health care provider with a professional admissions team. Lead-Gen partners are vetted prior to receiving calls from us, and need to be listed in our directory with one or more facility locations under our 'Lead-Gen Listings' plan.

We bill for unique calls that are 20 seconds or longer. To ensure quality of service, we reserve the right to monitor calls we forward. Our routing of calls is determined by factors such as a caller's area code, time of call, treatment preference and the Cost-per-Lead you specify (you get to set your own rate, minimum $35). Once a month, you'll receive an itemized bill for your review. Please contact us if you have further questions. 

It takes 2 to 5 business days until your listing is live. Our team reviews all submitted information before publishing it. Free listings may take a bit longer to be processed, depending on our current workload. We will notify you when your listing is online.

Yes, we will automatically email you a PDF invoice for all listing payments.

Yes, at any time. Simply click on 'Manage Subscription' box on this page to upgrade or downgrade your listing plan.

Of course! Simply click on the 'Manage Subscription' box on this page to cancel your plan - no questions asked. After you cancel you won't be charged again for your listing. Canceled listings will remain in our directory as free profiles and can be re-activated as featured or premium listings anytime. To delete your listing completely, just email our customer support.
